PERSONAL OBSERVATION:
"Most people are afraid of the IRS. It's a shame that in
our free country we fear our own government. The tax system established
by Congress is unmanageable, and subject to great abuse. IRS
reform has become politically correct, but time will tell if
the latest reforms are meaningful.
The IRS has many good people, but the system leaves a lot to
be desired. My goal is to do the advance planning that will achieve
the client's goals at the lowest tax cost.
For those already embroiled in a tax audit or dispute, my job
is to make sure taxpayers get fair treatment by the government,
and try to resolve their tax problems at the lowest level."
